A. Lange & Sohne grants “Best of Show†trophy
On the 24th of May 2015, a special edition of the LANGE1 Timezone “Como Edition” was awarded to David Sydorick, who showcased his own Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Spider Zagato at the 86th Concorso d’Eleganza jury award “Best of Show”. His 80 year old car was chosen from 60 other participants, as the most beautiful classic automobile to compete in the event, which resulted in a win of the unique A. Lange & Söhne timepiece, that was presented at a gala dinner at the Villa d’Este on Lake Como. The timepiece is crafted from white gold and features a hand-engraved coat of arms of the Concorso d’Eleganza on the case back.
